The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimer, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.
USER PARTICIPATION
We do not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the Site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user generated content on the Site, We are merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the Site. However, we reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) violates any law or regulation or (e) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to TBR.ca at our sole discretion.
TAXES AND CURRENCY
Every domain sale will have 5% GST added to the winning bid. Example: $100 final price with GST $105. All prices on TBR.ca are in Canadian dollars.
Deletion of Bids
We reserve the right to delete individual bids during the Auction Period if it believes that such bids were placed clearly erroneously or were determined not to be a Bonafide firm offer. We may suspend the user’s account at anytime if the user is found to have placed a fraudulent bid during an Auction Period.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, this Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "External Sites"). Ready Network Inc are always improving the Ready Network sites and services and developing new features. If you have ideas or suggestions regarding improvements or additions, we would like to hear them - but any submission will be subject to these terms and conditions. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
All Ready Network Inc. Sites and Services are controlled, operated and administered by Ready Network Inc. from its offices within Canada. Ready Network Inc. makes no representation or warranty that a Ready Network Inc. Site or any of the Services are appropriate or available for use at any locations outside Canada. If you access a Ready Network Inc. Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. You may not export any of the Content accessible through a Ready Network Inc. REFUNDS
Do to the nature of the product we offer, refunds are not permitted if the product ownership has changed to the customer. If the ownership is still in Ready Network Inc possession the right to a refund will be determined on a case by case basis.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any auction at any time and for any reason. You agree that suspension or termination of auctions is solely to our discretion.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or party at any time . You agree that we will not be liable to you for loss or damages that may result from our refusal to register your backorders or account registration. In cases of abuse, we reserve the right to terminate any accout at any time without notice.

TBR.ca and Ready Network Inc., may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting.
